We can help you to apply, recertify, check application statuses, and report changes online for Food Stamps, Temporary Cash Assistance, and Medicaid.
The Florida Kinship Center is now an Assisted Service Site for ACCESS Florida. We provide:
Informational handouts related to DCF programs
Paper applications
Access to telephones to contact DCF Customer Call Centers
Access to computers to apply for assistance online
Access to fax machines to fax applications and other documents to DCF
Access to a copy machine to copy applications and related documents
An explanation of the DCF application process
Assistance to customers to complete and submit applications
Assistance to customers with establishing and navigating the “My ACCESS Account”

The Florida Kinship Center also provides DCF ACCESS assistance in Hillsborough County at Just Full Service Center and Sanchez Full Service Center.
